Hey everyone, I've got some great news! 😃 It's not just FRIDAY but you're also going to get a NEW NWN-RPG from Birger (yeah, that's me 😋)!  All of this thanks to my incredible patrons back at my Patreon-page which helped us all to reach the first Patreon Goal! Hey there, guys and gals! Guess who's baaack?! 😄 ...no, not Arnold. 😵 Anyway... 😏 I just had an epiphany this week, that I'd like to share with you all. I'll be honest... I've been quite addicted to both Youtube- and Facebook browsing, for quite a long time. Maybe you recognize the feeling? Yeah, dopamine . For me, this kind of spinned out of hand. While I'm studying Digital Design, I have a pretty tight schedule during the week, and the longer I linger, the longer I need to study. I study from home, which is great... and at the same time, it takes a lot of discipline. As soon as I've gotten a couple of minutes of break, or when I've taken a longer break... I've immediatly started browsing. Either Youtube, or Facebook. Or both (not at the same time though, thank god!). The problem has been, that I haven't had any time left for doing the things that I REALLY, feel like doing (except for in the evenings). Eventually, I kind of got this emp...

Just a quick update. Today, I've finished my first year on Digital Design! Feels AWESOME!  Now I have this weekend to look forward too and on monday... summer classes. Yeah, you read that right. Summer. Classes. Might sound boring to you at first but, no... not this time. This summer class' theme is, at a matter of fact,  Studies of Power ... in the world of Game of Thrones . :P F-yeah! Sooo... I made two prototypes this week. For web design. I actually made a portfolio of sorts for some of my Neverwinter Nights games and Youtube movies. Let me know if you'd like to have a look. 😊  It was pretty cool, tough as always, but fun too.  I sat in front of Adobe  Illustrator  and InVision about 14 hours yesterday. No, I usally don't study that long... yesterday was an exception. I've done it once or twice before, this past year.  Maan... I've almost finished my first year on Digital Design. 7th of june is my last day for the year. Time sure flies...👼 I might finish either Yuppie Psycho or Kathy Rain this weekend. Or, we'll just end up watching a movie or two instead. 😂 So, how have you all been? It's friiiday-time! 😜 I'd like to start by saying: if you, like me, live in the European Union, please make sure to vote! Me and my girlfriend prevoted this thursday. We voted for our climate and for future generations, first and foremost. It would make me really happy, if you would do that too. 💚 I've just reached the last world on Bloo Kid 1 . I really dig that game. 😁 Yeah, I know I talked about this game last week, but it sure deserves it. 😉 Another game that I really dig is Yuppie Psycho . It's a pixelated, puzzlefilled, horror-adventure-game, with an anime feel to it. This week I don't have that much to talk about. It's been a tough week with a full-focus on my interaction design course . Observations, interviews and report-writing. 👀 Tomorrow, my sister is getting married! Woah! She's three years younger than me. It feels really unreal that one of my siblings is getting married. Let's wish them the best of luck! 😍 Just remembered... I'm playing Bloo Kid on Android right now. 😤 I love it! It's a platformer, like Mario, but it takes place on one screen at a time. I feel very nostalgic while playing it. 😏 Maybe you'd like it too? The game also has a sequel, that plays just like a regular Mario-game. It's bloggin' tiiiime! 😜 This week of Digital Design has been pretty tough, to be honest. I've had two bigger examinations (exams) and one re-examination. Right now, I'm studying Graphic design for websites and Interaction design and creativity . Even though it's been tough, it's also been fun. 😀 I always feel very satisfied after having submitted a larger project. And tired. Very. Tired. 😫 I'm glad it's weekend now. 😉 I'd like to share with you a Kickstarter-project for a 2D action RPG & Persona style game  that I came across earlier this week, called Spleen . I really love the artstyle and music for this one! The game reminds me of Kingdom Hearts , a lot. The game-developers has also made  hand-painted watercolor backgrounds!  😍 So, if you have some spare cash, then I'd recommend helping these guys out! Hey everyone, hope things are great with you! :) What happened on Digital Design this week? Well, a lot of different things but the most fun thing was that I actually made my first foodrecipe, ever! Foodrecpie...? Weren't you studying Digital Design? I sure am. ;) I'm studying creativity, right now. Creativity fits well into the food-universe, as well. Especially when you need to come up with a recipe no one else has done before! Hey there, guys and gals! It's been awhile. ;) I'd like to share a recently released NWN1 module with you, called:  "The Tale of Fur and Frost" . I haven't taken the time to play it yet, but it looks mighty interesting. The mod focuses on the Druid-class, which is something I haven't seen before (and I mean, I've played NWN1 since it came out, so that's always something). Might be worth checking it out. As you may or may not know ... Final Fantasy has it's 30th Anniversary this Year. Yay! :P I love the Final Fantasy series ... so it'll come as no surprise that my first NWN modules " Calm before the Storm " & " A New Journey Begins " were heavily influenced and inspired by this fantastic series. This year is very special to me personally as well ... not only because my Favorite Series has it's 30th Anniversary ... but also since I, myself ... have had my 30th Birthday this year. Yes. You read that correctly. I was born the same year Final Fantasy was. I didn't really think about it and I found this out myself just at the beginning of this year. But when I had let it sink in ... it felt like it, somehow ... just was MEANT to be . :) And of course ... I just HAD to wish for Final Fantasy 15 as my Birthday Present. ;) 15 is half of 30 after all ... Take care everyone. :) Birger out.

My latest short-mod , also a Halloween mod for 2009; Samhain's Eve is close to recieve 100 downloads! As I am typing this the mod-file has gained 94 downloads. Be sure to keep those downloads coming! ;P But man ... I'm disappointed that it has only gotten 4 votes so far. Maaaaan -- gimme your votes! Me needs them! :P But seriously ... I really think people should vote more . By voting you show the author that you appriciate his/her work and it is actually the ONLY reward we get (apart from downloads , then). And I mean ... it takes probably just, like, ONE MINUTE to vote. And it usally takes hours and hours ... and sometimes even YEARS of an author's life to create these mods for you to download ... for FREE . Show em' some apprication guys! You'll most likely spur those authors to create even better mods next time they release something if you lend them your votes ... as a matter of fact, I can tell you that as a fact . ;) Berra out.

Hey everyone. I downloaded and bought Bioware's latest RPG Dragon Age through Steam a couple of days ago. I haven't played it yet and don't know when I'll find the time to since I have a bunch of games that I'd like to finish off first BUT -- at least I own it now. :) I think this game will open up a new modding-commu nity similar to the one we now have at the nwvault and soon we'll hopefully be seeing some really nice looking modules coming out for us to download. It think we ha ve an awesome time ahead of us people! :P If you've played the game and like to give me and my readers your view of the story/gameplay feel free to let us know! Just NO SPOILERS , OK? Good question. ;) I've not played NWN for a long time now but I have bought Mysteries of Westgate which I plan to finish sometime in the future. I'm currently on vacation so I'm hoping to finish some of the games that I've not had the time to finish while working. My attention has been fixed more on console games . I've been playing both Playstation 3 and XBox360 and to be honest I've not had that good expecations on the latter before I actually started using it ... and now think it's pretty awesome. :) The mayor differences between the two is that, while using Xbox360 , you have to PAY for playing online . Which I don't really like. While on the PS3 you can play for free . Strange, huh? But I guess it has to do with that Xbox360 has a more wider range of multiplayer games. The games I've played are the following: Assassins Creed (Xbox360), Legendary (PS3), The Darkness (PS3), Gears of War (Xbox360), Banjo Kazzoie "Nuts and Bolts...

Hello everyone! As the title says; "Long time no Read" . ;) Yeah, it's been awhile since I posted on this blog and it's mostly because I've , as most of you already know, dropped my module-making hobby for the moment. "For the moment" you ask? Well , I've decided it's better to call it that since it could happen that I return to it someday since it's been a pretty large part of my creativity. But for now I still call it quits but I decided to start to post, from time to time, a little about other mods and some other stuff going on in the community that I find interesting. By the way what do you think about my new site-design? I think it fits really well and I've actually made a new logo that I'm also going to use for my new YouTube movies. Hey again everyone and long time no read . ;) I've answered all you comments now back at the previous post , so if you know you've commented there be sure to go back there and read what the replies I've given you . :) So ... what has I been up to , you ask? Well, it's been mostly work (my real-life work that is) ... a lot of battery creation there, since I work on a company called S.a.f.t. which creates larger batteries used in backups or hospitals or other larges constuctions . But I've also played a couple of games and watched a couple of animes with my siblings. :) I've been playing The Darkness & Condemned 2 for Playstation 3 and they're both awesome games. The latter really chills your bones, so if you enjoy horror you should give it a try. It's one of the scarier games I've played to date ... Doom3 is one of the scariest I've played and C2 actually manages to surpass that one ... in my opinion. :) I'm currently playing...

Hey everyone. I won't be keeping this back any longer, since it's something I've been juggling back and forward with for the latest months. It's bad news I'm afraid, folks, but here it goes ... I've finally decided to end my mod-making hobby for NWN1 . Sorry folks. I know some of you may feel pretty sad and/or disappointed with this choice but I feel that I have to do this ... it feels like I've kept modding for far too long ... and in the years since when I released Surviving Horror 2 back in the end of 2006 , well ... they haven't been that creative in the mod-making department , I'll have to admit. The creativity that I possessed then simply isn't there anymore, in the same way as before, and I've been going back and forth between different mod-ideas: Angelic Life - a fantasy one, A Resident Evil mod , Insania Fabula ... and in hopes of finding my creativity again, I started Puppet Masters in order to distan myself from previous ...

Hey again everyone. You may have noticed the new main picture at the top of this page. Isn't it awesome? :) It's the same I am going to be using for a Site-Ad ( *the box with various news at the main-page ) back at the Nwvault . Its the same picture I had featured before but this shows a lot more of the portrait. It's called "The Elephants" and was painted by Salvador Dali many, MANY years ago. His paintings are very surreal and it fits the the theme of horror very well, I think. Thus it fits pretty well for this site. :) You may also notice some other differences. Below the angel-picture to your right you'll now see a Visitor statistics-counter .
